Coach Drop Off and Free Parking Facilities

We have made special arrangements enabling coaches to drop off and collect their passengers at the Shakespeare Inn, Highgate which is both convenient for your visitors and will not congest normal traffic flow. Kendal Riverside Ltd has agreed a long term lease with Lakes Leisure, owners of Kendal Leisure Centre to enable the provision of a dedicated parking area for coaches bringing visitors to the K Village Factory Outlet Centre currently relocated to 20 Stricklandgate. The K Village Coach Park at the Lakes Leisure Centre on Burton Road will be capable of accommodating up to thirty coaches. Complementary catering and rest facilities are also available at the Leisure Centre along with free overnight parking facilities if required.

Tour Operators and Coach Drivers

For Tour Operators and Coach Drivers we offer free convenient local parking with use of the facilities within the Leisure Centre during opening hours. Overnight parking is also available.

An increased cash incentive of £20 per visit (minimum 20 passengers) will be paid to tour operators and coach drivers on arrival when the coach is met by one of the K Village Team.
